What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us through this site, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. That is it. We do not ask for payment information on this site, and we never want your Social Security number or other sensitive identifiers for an estimate.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and may be stored in our customer management system so we can respond to your request, schedule work, and keep a record of the conversation. We use your contact information to reach you about your request and the work that follows from it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages
If you check the text message consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Elite Catastrophe about your estimate request and related scheduling. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us; leave the box unchecked and we will simply call or email instead. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.
Service providers
Like most small businesses, we use a few tools to run our operations: form delivery, email, scheduling, and customer management software. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We may also use standard website analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
Reviews
The reviews shown on this site are public Google reviews, displayed with attribution as their authors posted them. Managing or removing a Google review happens through Google, not through us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the contact information below and we will take care of it.
