What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us through this site, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. That is it. We do not ask for payment information on this site, and we never want your Social Security number or other sensitive identifiers for an estimate.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and may be stored in our customer management system so we can respond to your request, schedule work, and keep a record of the conversation. We use your contact information to reach you about your request and the work that follows from it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

Our contact form has two separate text message consent boxes. Both are optional and neither is checked for you. Checking one does not check the other, and we store your answer to each one separately.

Service messages. If you check the first box, you agree to receive text messages from Elite Catastrophe LLC at the number you provided about the work you asked us about: estimate confirmations, appointment and scheduling updates, crew arrival notices, job status and completion updates, and a reply if you call our business line and reach voicemail. Message frequency varies with your project. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us; leave the box unchecked and we will simply call or email instead.

Marketing messages. If you check the second box, you separately agree to receive marketing text messages from us, such as seasonal service reminders, storm season offers, discounts and specials, announcements about new services, and a request to review work we completed for you. You do not have to agree to marketing messages to get an estimate or to receive the service messages above, and you can agree to one without the other. Message and data rates may apply to either kind of message.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at info@elitecatastrophe.com or 470-777-8676. See our Terms of Service for the full terms of our text message program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.

Service providers

Like most small businesses, we use a few tools to run our operations: form delivery, email, text messaging, scheduling, and customer management software. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are viewed and whether the contact form was submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. The site does not set any advertising cookies of its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics entirely.

How we protect your information

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so the information you submit is protected in transit. Form submissions and customer records are kept in business systems that require a login, and access is limited to the people at Elite Catastrophe who need it to answer your request or do your job. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Reviews

The reviews shown on this site are public Google reviews, displayed with attribution as their authors posted them. Managing or removing a Google review happens through Google, not through us.

Your choices and rights

You are in control of how we contact you. You can:

• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by asking us.
• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to update or correct your information.
• Ask us to delete your information.

Email or call us using the contact information below and we will take care of it. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages you need about work already scheduled with us.
