What Neighbors Say About Our Work
We do not publish hand-picked testimonials here. Our track record lives on Google, in public, where we cannot edit a word of it. Here is where it stands and where to read it.
Why we point you to Google instead of quoting ourselves
Any company can paste flattering quotes on its own website. You have no way to know if they are real, recent, or complete. So we do it differently: every review of Elite Catastrophe sits on our public Google profile, written by the customer, timestamped by Google, and shown to you exactly as it was left. We do not write them, edit them, or pick which ones you see. The good, the great, and anything in between: it is all there.
Earned one job at a time
Those reviews were not bought in a batch or drummed up by a marketing push. They accumulated the slow way: a removal done cleanly, a stump ground out on schedule, a tarp that held through the next round of rain, and a homeowner who felt strongly enough about it to say so in public. Many of them come from storm calls, which tells you something, because nobody leaves a five star review during the worst week of their season unless the crew genuinely showed up for them.
If you are comparing tree services in Rome or anywhere in Northwest Georgia, read reviews before you call anyone, including us. Look for patterns: how a crew communicates, how they leave the yard, and how they handle the jobs that get complicated. We are happy to be judged on that standard.
Read the reviews. Then call.
Spend two minutes on our Google profile, then tell us about your tree. You will get a straight answer and a free estimate from the same crew our neighbors wrote about.
