Using this site

This website is operated by Elite Catastrophe LLC of Rome, Georgia. By using it, you agree to these terms. Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and reaching us about tree and storm work. Do not misuse the forms, scrape the content, or submit information about someone else without their permission.

Estimates

Estimates are free, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a work order. Pricing for tree work depends on what the tree, the access, and the site actually look like, so a binding number comes only after we assess the job, in a written estimate we both agree to. Emergency stabilization work is scoped on site.

Text message program

Program description. Elite Catastrophe LLC runs two separate text message programs, and our contact form collects consent for each one in its own unchecked box. Neither is required, and agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other.

Service messages. Estimate confirmations, appointment and scheduling updates, crew arrival notices, job status and completion updates, and a reply when you call our business line and reach voicemail. These relate to work you asked us about. Consent is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying any service.

Marketing messages. Seasonal service reminders, storm season offers, discounts and specials, announcements about new services, and a request to review work we completed for you. This consent is collected separately from the service message consent above, and you can give one without the other.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your project, usually a few messages per job.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your wireless plan.

How to opt out. Text STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can opt back in by checking the consent box on our contact form again.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to opt in to our text messages.

Privacy. We never sell your mobile number or share your text message opt-in with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.

About the content

The articles and guides on this site, including any cost figures, are general information drawn from industry experience. They are not a quote, not an appraisal of your specific tree, and not professional advice about your insurance policy. Insurance decisions belong to you and your carrier; when we describe the claims process, we are describing how it commonly works, not guaranteeing an outcome.

Safety

Tree work is dangerous. Nothing on this site is an instruction to attempt hazardous tree work yourself. If a tree is on a structure, near a power line, or under tension, keep your distance and call a professional or your utility.

Reviews and third parties

Reviews displayed on this site are public Google reviews shown with attribution. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Elite Catastrophe LLC or its licensors. You may share links to it freely. Do not republish the content as your own.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Elite Catastrophe LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website itself. This section is about the website; the terms of any tree work we perform for you are set out in your written estimate and agreement.
